UFC lightweight champ Frankie Edgar knows that there will always be another challenger awaiting him as long as he wears the gold belt. Tonight, Edgar will look to defend his title once again when he takes on Benson Henderson in the main event of UFC 144 from Saitama, Japan. The UFC is returning to The Land of the Rising Sun for the first time in more than a decade.

UFC President Dana White has posted his second video blog pertaining to this weekend’s UFC 144 lineup, giving viewers a glimpse behind the scenes at what he’s been up to this week in Japan including a press conference promoting the event.
